312 IAC 26-1-7 "Preservation" defined

[NOTE: IC 14-12-3 is repealed by P.L. 123-2026, SECTION 21, effective July 1, 2026.] Sec. 7. "Preservation" means to apply measures to sustain the existing form, integrity, and material of a building or structure and the existing form and vegetative cover of a site.
