312 IAC 26-5-2 General eligibility requirements

[NOTE: IC 14-12-3 is repealed by P.L. 123-2026, SECTION 21, effective July 1, 2026.] Sec. 2. To be eligible to receive a grant for a project involving community forestry, the following conditions must be met: (1) The applicant must be a municipal corporation or a corporation that has no affiliation with religion. (2) The land involved in the project must be on land owned or controlled by the municipal corporation. (3) The applicant must demonstrate that there are adequate provisions to maintain the completed project. (4) The applicant must satisfy this article.
