312 IAC 29-16-3 Notice of exemption of aquifer

Sec. 3. (a) A decision to exempt an aquifer is subject to IC 4-21.5. (b) The division of reclamation shall issue notice of its decision to exempt an aquifer in accordance with 312 IAC 29-3-5.
