312 IAC 29-2-129 "Underground gas storage reservoir" defined

Sec. 129. "Underground gas storage reservoir" means an underground reservoir, stratum, or formation that is completely separated from any other porous zone and is suitable for or capable of being made suitable for the injection and storage of gas and the withdrawal of gas.
