312 IAC 29-2-52 "Enhanced recovery unit" defined

Sec. 52. "Enhanced recovery unit" means a lease, or an area comprised of a group of leases, operating under an agreement that provides for the sharing of production by all of the owners within the unit, which has one (1) or more enhanced recovery wells permitted and in operation within the project.
