312 IAC 29-6-4 Surface and coal ownership information

Sec. 4. An application for a coal bed methane well permit must include names and addresses for the following: (1) The surface owner of the property on which the well is to be located as reflected in the county tax duplicate records or the last known address of the most recent owner shown in the county transfer book. (2) The owners of each coal seam through which the applicant's well will penetrate. (3) Any lessee of a coal seam through which the applicant's well will penetrate.
