312 IAC 2-2-3 Issuance of sanctions and emergency orders by division directors

Sec. 3. A division director may do any of the following: (1) Issue an order and notice of the order under IC 4-21.5-3-6. (2) Cause a complaint to be filed with the commission under IC 4-21.5-3-8 and 312 IAC 3-1.
