312 IAC 30-1-1 Applicability

Sec. 1. (a) This article provides definitions that apply to this article and are in addition to those definitions set forth in IC 14. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this article or under IC 14-39, this article applies to the permanent underground storage of carbon dioxide.
