312 IAC 30-2-3 "Confining zone" defined

Sec. 3. "Confining zone" means:
(1) a geologic formation;
(2) a group of geologic formations; or
(3) part of a geologic formation;
capable of limiting the movement of the carbon dioxide stream above an injection zone.
