312 IAC 30-7-3 Other reporting requirements

Sec. 3. A storage operator shall notify the department of any instance of:
(1) a well workover; or
(2) noncompliance with a UIC Class VI permit;
not later than thirty (30) days after an instance under subdivision (1) or (2).
