312 IAC 5-10-4 Cecil M. Harden Lake; special boating zones

Sec. 4. The following zones are established for Cecil M. Harden Lake where a person must not operate a boat in excess of idle speed:
(1) Upstream on Troutman's Branch north of the section lines between sections 16, 17, 20, and 21, township 15 north, range 6
west.
(2) On Raccoon Creek, upstream or north of a line commencing at a point eight hundred (800) feet north, seven hundred fifty (750)
feet west of the southeast corner of section 10, township 15 north and range 6 west thence in a westerly direction to a point thirty (30) feet south
of the Hollandsburg ramp.
