312 IAC 5-14-14 Dockside inspections

Sec. 14. During a dockside inspection, the owner of a boat must do both of the following:
(1) Submit all required safety apparatus for dockside inspection.
(2) Operate all machinery, steerage, and bilge pumps as needed to determine if they are in satisfactory condition and fit for safe and
constant operation.
