312 IAC 8-1.5-16 "Nut" defined

Sec. 16. "Nut" means a fruit or seed of any of the following:
(1) Hazelnut (Corylus).
(2) Hickory (Carya).
(3) Oak (Quercus).
(4) Pecan (Carya).
(5) Walnut (Juglans).
