312 IAC 9-1-13.7 "Snare lock" defined

Sec. 13.7. Effective October 1, 2021, "snare lock" means a device that creates and maintains a snare loop and prevents the loop after closure
upon an animal from reopening to a diameter that allows the animal to escape.
