10 IAC 1.5-2-6 Holder must change foreign currency

Sec. 6. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a holder of foreign currency must exchange the currency for United States dollars before transmitting the property to the attorney general. (b) A holder of foreign currency having a market value greater than face value must submit the foreign currency in its original form to the attorney general.
