326 IAC 12-1-2 Definitions

Sec. 2. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), the definitions, abbreviations, and units in the following shall apply for purposes of this article: (1) 40 CFR 60, Subpart A, Section 60.2*. (2) 40 CFR 60, Subpart A, Section 60.3*. (b) For the purposes of this article, the following substitutions shall be made for terms used in the portions of 40 CFR 60* adopted by reference: (1) "Administrator" means the commissioner of the department of environmental management. (2) "U.S. Environmental Protection Agency" or "U.S. EPA" shall mean the department of environmental management. *These documents are incorporated by reference.
