326 IAC 13-2.1-1 Applicability

Sec. 1. This rule shall apply to the following: (1) All persons as defined in section 2 of this rule. (2) All service stations. (3) All gasoline dispensing facilities. (4) All gasoline powered motor vehicles with a model year of 1975 and later, including but not limited to passenger cars, trucks, and vans subject to registration by the bureau of motor vehicles. (5) All gasoline powered motor vehicles with a model year of 1975 and later, owned or operated by governmental agencies.
