326 IAC 14-1-2 Definitions

Sec. 2. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), for the purposes of this article, the definitions, abbreviations, and units listed in 40 CFR 61.02* and 40 CFR 61.03*, shall apply. (b) For the purposes of this article, the following substitutions shall be made for terms used in the portions of 40 CFR 61* adopted by reference: (1) "Administrator" means the commissioner of the department of environmental management. (2) "U.S. Environmental Protection Agency" or "U.S. EPA" means the department of environmental management. *These documents are incorporated by reference.
