326 IAC 17.1-5-1 Determinations

Sec. 1. The commissioner shall make a determination on a claim of confidentiality submitted after the effective date of this article in
accordance with this article. The determination shall be made in accordance with IC 5-14-3-4 and IC 13-14-11.
