326 IAC 1-1-4 Severability

Sec. 4. If any provision of the rules or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect
any other provisions or applications of these rules ( 326 IAC) which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
