326 IAC 1-2-3 "Air pollution control equipment" defined

Sec. 3. Air Pollution Control Equipment (Also pollution control equipment, pollution control device, emission control device): Control equipment which is not, aside from air pollution control requirements, vital to production of the normal product of the source or to its normal operation. Equipment is vital if the source could not produce its normal product or operate without it.
