326 IAC 1-2-68 "Related facilities" defined

Sec. 68. Any group of facilities within a source (other than major facilities, as defined in 326 IAC 1-2-38) which, in combination, have the potential to emit twenty-five (25) tons or more per year of any one (1) regulated pollutant and which in the judgment of the commissioner contribute so much together (rather than individually) to the facility's or source's emissions that a single operating permit (rather than individual permits for each facility) is warranted.
