326 IAC 1-7-1 Applicability

Sec. 1. This rule ( 326 IAC 1-7) shall apply to: (1) All sources having exhaust gas stacks through which a potential of twenty-five (25) tons per year or more of particulate matter are emitted. (2) All sources having exhaust gas stacks through which a potential of twenty-five (25) tons per year or more of sulfur dioxide are emitted. (3) All dispersion techniques used in ambient air quality modeling for the purpose of establishing an emission limitation and for calculating the ambient air quality impact of a source.
