326 IAC 20-1-2 Applicability

Sec. 2. (a) The provisions of this rule shall apply to any source or facility for which a standard is prescribed under this article unless otherwise specified in individual standards. (b) The provisions of this rule do not apply to regulations developed for accidental releases unless otherwise specified in those standards.
