326 IAC 20-20-1 Applicability; incorporation by reference of federal standards

Sec. 1. (a) This rule applies to manufacturers of the following products, as provided in 40 CFR 63.520* of Subpart W, that are major sources of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) as defined in Section 112(a) of the Clean Air Act: (1) Basic liquid epoxy resins. (2) Non-nylon polyamides (also known as wet strength resins). (b) The air pollution control board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 63, Subpart W*, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Epoxy Resins Production and Non-Nylon Polyamides Production. *These documents are incorporated by reference.
