326 IAC 26-2-1 Applicability

Sec. 1. (a) This rule applies to a BART-eligible source determined to be subject to BART under 326 IAC 26-1-4.
(b) Alcoa in Warrick County is determined to be subject to BART and is required to meet the emission limitations and other requirements
as specified in section 2 of this rule not later than February 22, 2013.
