Sec. 34. (a) Huhtamaki Foodservice, Inc., in Lake County, source identification number 00228, shall meet the following emission limits: Emission Limits Source Units lb/hr Molded pulp dryer number 1 0.546 lbs/ton 0.290 Molded pulp dryer number 2 0.546 lbs/ton 0.290 Molded pulp dryer number 3 0.546 lbs/ton 0.342 Molded pulp dryer number 4 0.546 lbs/ton 0.342 Molded pulp dryer number 5 0.546 lbs/ton 0.290 Molded pulp dryer number 6 0.546 lbs/ton 0.290 Molded pulp dryer number 8 0.546 lbs/ton 0.615 Molded pulp dryer number 9 0.546 lbs/ton 0.615 Molded pulp dryer number 10 0.546 lbs/ton 0.615 Molded pulp dryers number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 2.41 (total) Babcock and Wilcox boiler 0.007 lbs/MMBtu 0.050 (b) In addition to complying with section 1 of this rule and subsection (a), Huhtamaki Foodservice, Inc. shall comply with the following: (1) Maintain daily records for each dryer that contains sufficient information to calculate emissions, including the following: (A) Dryer identification. (B) Time and duration of operation for each dryer per day. (C) Total quantity of molded pulp product passed through each dryer each day. (D) PM10 emission data for the product that passed through each dryer, each day. (2) Compliance with the individual dryer's emission limitation shall be on an hourly basis. (3) Compliance with the total lb/hr emission limitation for the combination of dryers listed in subsection (a) shall be on a daily basis. Compliance shall be demonstrated by a calculation of the sum of the total pounds of PM10 emitted on each calendar day from all dryers that operated in that calendar day, divided by twenty-four (24) hours.
