327 IAC 17-4-4 Conditions

Sec. 4. The department shall condition an approval as necessary to do the following:
(1) Achieve the goals of the permitting program under 327 IAC 17-1-1.
(2) Provide compensatory mitigation to reasonably offset the loss of wetlands allowed by the permits except as provided in 327
IAC 17-1-6.
