327 IAC 19-15-1 Applicability

Sec. 1. The owner/operator of a CFO subject to this article that plans to decommission a manure storage facility must comply with the
requirements in section 2 of this rule. A manure storage facility is deemed decommissioned when the environmental threat has been removed.
