327 IAC 19-2-17 "Floodway" defined

Sec. 17. "Floodway" means the channel of a river or stream and those portions of the flood plain adjoining the channel that are reasonably
required to efficiently carry and discharge the peak flood flow of a one hundred (100) year flood as determined by 312 IAC 10.
