327 IAC 2-6.1-1 Applicability

Sec. 1. This rule applies to the reporting and containment of, and the response to those spills of hazardous substances, extremely hazardous
substances, petroleum, and objectionable substances that are of a quantity, type, duration and in a location as to damage the waters of the state.
Nothing in this rule is intended to affect reporting or clean-up requirements set forth by other federal, state, or local laws.
