327 IAC 5-17-8 "Four (4) day average discharge" defined

Sec. 8. "Four (4) day average discharge" means the calculated result of totaling the mass or average concentration of all daily discharges
sampled or measured during four (4) consecutive sampling days, though not necessarily consecutive calendar days, divided by the number of daily
discharges sampled or measured.
