327 IAC 5-1.5-52 "Revocation and reissuance" defined

Sec. 52. "Revocation and reissuance" means the revocation of an NPDES permit prior to the express expiration date thereof accompanied by the concurrent issuance of a new permit to supersede the revoked permit.
