327 IAC 5-21-1 Purpose

Sec. 1. The purpose of this rule is to establish an administrative program for the issuance of a permit that specifies a minimum acceptable
degree of pretreatment required for the discharge of certain industrial wastewater into a POTW. The applicability of these permits and the procedures
for their issuance are defined.
