327 IAC 6.1-2-37 "Municipal" defined

Sec. 37. "Municipal" means a reference to the following: (1) A city. (2) A town. (3) A county. (4) A district. (5) An association. (6) An intermunicipal agency of two (2) or more of the entities in subdivisions (1) through (5) created by or under state law. (7) An Indian tribe. (8) An authorized Indian tribal organization having jurisdiction over biosolid, industrial waste product, or pollutant-bearing water management. (9) A designated and approved management agency under Section 208 of the Clean Water Act, as amended. (10) A special district created under state law, such as: (A) a water district; (B) a sewer district; (C) a solid waste management district; (D) an utility district; (E) a drainage district or similar entity; or (F) an integrated waste management facility as defined in Section 201(e) of the Clean Water Act, as amended, that has as one (1) of its principal responsibilities the treatment, transport, use, or disposal of biosolid, industrial waste product, or pollutant-bearing water.
