327 IAC 6.1-2-47 "Pollutant limit" defined

Sec. 47. "Pollutant limit" means any of the following: (1) A numerical value that describes the amount of a pollutant allowed per unit amount of biosolid, industrial waste product, or pollutant-bearing water. (2) A numerical value that describes the amount of a pollutant that can be applied to a unit area of land. (3) A numerical value that describes the volume of a biosolid, industrial waste product, or pollutant-bearing water that can be applied to a unit area of land.
