327 IAC 6.1-2-55 "Storage" defined

Sec. 55. "Storage" means containment of biosolid, industrial waste product, or pollutant-bearing water for a period of two (2) years or less
at:
(1) a treatment plant;
(2) a generating facility; or
(3) an approved storage structure.
