327 IAC 6.1-4-20 Alternative uses of biosolid at a domestic sewage treatment works

Sec. 20. A domestic sewage treatment works that holds a valid permit under this article may use the permitted biosolid on the treatment works grounds under the following conditions: (1) The biosolid must be dewatered. (2) No more than one (1) dry ton of a biosolid may be used during any twelve (12) month period. (3) A biosolid may not be used on land with a high potential for public exposure. (4) Application of a biosolid must be in accordance with the permit.
