327 IAC 7.1-2-25 "Owner" defined

Sec. 25. "Owner" means the person who owns any of the following:
(1) Septage management business.
(2) Vehicle used for septage management activities.
(3) Septage treatment facility.
(4) Septage storage facility.
(5) Septage land application site.
