327 IAC 7.1-2-9 "Destruction or adverse modification" defined

Sec. 9. "Destruction or adverse modification" means a direct or indirect alteration of critical habitat that appreciably diminishes the likelihood of the survival and recovery of endangered or threatened species using that habitat.
