327 IAC 8-3.1-1 Definitions

Sec. 1. (a) The applicable definitions in IC 13-11-2 and 327 IAC 8-3.2-1 apply throughout this rule.
(b) For purposes of this rule, "unit" means county, municipality, or township as set forth in IC 36-1-2-23.
