327 IAC 8-3.4-19 Emergency operation of a production well

Sec. 19. Unless an alternate water supply capable of meeting average demand is available, a production well shall have the electrical equipment necessary for the use of one (1) of the following: (1) Dual power feeds. (2) Standby generators.
