329 IAC 10-16-4 Fault area siting restrictions

Sec. 4. (a) This section applies to permit applications under this article for new MSWLFs and lateral expansions.
(b) Applicants for new MSWLFs and lateral expansions that are applying for a permit under this article must not locate any MSWLF unit
within the MSWLF within two hundred (200) feet of a fault that has had displacement in Holocene time as defined by 329 IAC 10-2-89.
