329 IAC 10-1-1 Purpose

Sec. 1. The purpose of this article is to implement the provisions of:
(1) IC 13-30-2-1(3) and IC 13-30-2-1(4) relating to the deposit of contaminants or solid waste upon the land except
as permitted in this article; and
(2) IC 13-30-2-1(5) and IC 36-9-30-35 prohibiting dumping, causing, or allowing the open dumping of garbage
or of other solid waste in violation of this article.
