329 IAC 10-2-12 "Aquifer" defined

Sec. 12. "Aquifer" means a consolidated or unconsolidated geologic formation or group of formations or a portion of a formation, that is hydraulically interconnected and that has the ability to receive, store, or transmit water to wells, springs, or other surface water bodies.
