329 IAC 10-2-132.3 "Permanent stabilization" defined

Sec. 132.3. "Permanent stabilization" means the establishment, at a uniform density of ninety percent (90%) across the disturbed area, of vegetative cover or permanent nonerosive material that will ensure the resistance of the soil to erosion, sliding, or other movement.
