329 IAC 10-2-17 "Assessment ground water monitoring well" defined

Sec. 17. "Assessment ground water monitoring well" means any ground water monitoring well placed within or beyond the monitoring boundary at the solid waste land disposal facility that is used to obtain ground water for the assessment ground water monitoring program or the corrective action ground water monitoring program.
