135 IAC 4-8-2 Tolls and fees

Sec. 2. (a) A schedule of fees shall be established by the tolling body. Fees currently in effect are posted online at https://riverlink.com/tolling-options-rates/. (b) The current toll rates effective through June 30, 2025, are as follows: Classification Vehicle Description Prepaid Account and Transponder Prepaid Account/No Transponder Pay by Mail/Pay by Plate Passenger Vehicle 2-axle up to 7.5 feet in height $2.61 $3.92 $5.22 Medium Vehicle 2-axle more than 7.5 feet in height $6.52 $7.81 $9.11 All 3-axle All 4-axle Large Vehicle 5-axle or more $13.00 $14.29 $15.61 (c) The toll rates will increase annually July 1 each calendar year, and each July 1 thereafter, as long as the tolls are in force, by the greater of: (1) the rate of inflation as measured by the Consumer Price Index; or (2) two and one-half percent (2.5%). (d) The following fees may also be issued in addition to any tolls owed: (1) Second invoice fee of five dollars ($5). (2) Violation notice fee of thirty dollars ($30). (3) Collection notice fee of sixty dollars ($60). (e) If any amounts are not paid, IC 9-18.1-3-7 authorizes the bureau of motor vehicles to place a hold on the vehicle owner's ability to renew the vehicle's registration.
