329 IAC 10-2-43 "Contingency action plan" defined

Sec. 43. "Contingency action plan" means a document setting out an organized, planned, and coordinated course of action to be followed in case of an emergency such as a fire, explosion, release of solid waste byproducts, such as gases or chemical contaminants, or leachate that could threaten human health or the environment.
