329 IAC 10-2-85 "Ground water" defined

Sec. 85. "Ground water" means such accumulations of underground water, natural and artificial, public and private, or parts thereof, which are wholly or partially within, flow through, or border upon this state, but excluding manmade underground storage or conveyance structures.
